Running is good for your health. Plain and simple. The more you run, the healthier you become. Of course, don’t forget to supplement that with proper nutrition. And by nutrition, you have so many options. You can either go clean and green, balanced and yet non-restrictive, LCHF, and the list goes on. Well, I’m not a nutritionist so I’m not going to tell which nutrition mode is the best for you. It’s your body, so only you can determine which one suits you.

As early as now, one of the most-awaited running event for 2018 was already announced. This is the 7-11 Run which will be held on February 8, 2018 in Filinvest City, Alabang. This is a rather late post since it’s been a week since this year’s Pinoy Fitness 21K Challenge was held in SM MOA. But for documentation purposes, I’m posting this anyway. So, after three years of joining the PF 21K Sub-2 Challenge, I decided to step back this year and joined the sub-2:30 instead. On February 12, 2017, the UP College of Engineering Library will be holding the Coexists 2017, a fun run that aims to rebuild libraries and communities while at the same time promote the I LOVE MY LIBRARY campaign and raise funds for its outreach program.
So there, in a span of three weeks, I joined two 25K runs. OYM Leg 3 last October 23 and New Balance Power Run last 6 November. This year’s McDonald’s Stripes Run has been announced and it will be happening on November 26, 2016 at the BGC area.
